As a relay point, your first task is to receive the packages sent by our logistics partners. You must verify that the deliveries match the tracking information and ensure their secure storage until they are collected by customers.
Provide efficient customer service by assisting customers with the shipment/collection of their packages. Also manage merchandise returns, ensuring that returned items are properly packaged and sent back to suppliers according to established procedures.
Maintain accurate records of received shipments, customer pickups, and processed returns. This documentation management is crucial for ensuring parcel traceability and quickly resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
