Shipping Timeframes
The average non-contractual resole time is 10 days from the receipt of your shoes. However, please note that this timeframe can vary depending on the period and the daily volume of deliveries we receive, which can be difficult to anticipate.

We trust DPD as our shipping partner, ensuring a reliable and efficient service.
Delivery Options
For individuals, we prefer to use relay points for delivery, providing a convenient and secure solution for receiving your resoled shoes.
Payment Terms
Your order will be shipped once full payment, including resoling fees, has been received.
Insurance
You have the option to purchase additional insurance for your shipment at a rate of €6. Otherwise, your shoes will be insured at a rate of €23/kg according to the conditions set by our carrier, DPD. For more details on insurance terms, please refer to the DPD website.
Anticipating Timeframes
Our resole times can vary from one to four weeks, depending on the time of year and unforeseen constraints. We recommend planning ahead, especially if you have upcoming vacations or climbing trips.
