Wash your shoes!
How to wash them?
Cold wash and only for 100% synthetic climbing shoes. If you are unsure about the material composition of your shoes, opt for hand washing.
Otherwise, you can!
With a sponge and water, remove excess chalk and/or dirt.
Do not put talcum powder or chalk in or on your shoes!
Prepare your package correctly!
Step 1: Find a suitable cardboard box
Old shoe box, recycled cardboard, or dedicated shipping box, there are many possibilities!
Choose a box large enough to accommodate your pair of shoes.
Step 2: Place your items in the box
Attention: If you send us multiple items, please remember to number the pairs according to the order you placed.
Example: Pair 1/3, Pair 2/3, and Pair 3/3
Step 3: Print the order form
Place the order form inside the box; this will help us identify your items more quickly.
Step 4: Seal your package
Close your box using large brown tape. Then stick the shipping label on the top of the box.
Step 5: Hand over your package to La Poste or your chosen carrier
All shipments must be made on-site and NOT at a relay point.
